Focusing on a sport means you develop sport-specific fitness, often to the detriment of well-rounded fitness. We’ve all met a cyclist with the upper body strength of an 8 year old, or a seemingly fit gym bro who couldn’t walk up a flight of stairs. The everyday person who trains for health and pleasure should aim to develop all aspects of fitness necessary for long term health.

In training to compete for the Everyman Fitness Race, you will develop all aspects of fitness.
As we aim to open up the world of fitness racing to everyone, the race was designed in a way that renders expensive or hard to find equipment, or expensive branded gym subscriptions, unnecessary. People can train for the race at home, at any gym, or outdoors, with minimal equipment.
We offer two race categories designed to test your all-around fitness.
Perfect for developing all aspects of fitness. The race tests every major muscle as well as your cardio engine.
For those who seek a tougher challenge and want to advance further into the top 1% of physical fitness.
